You will own the right to display without limitation, and we will own our footage unless otherwise negotiated.
One revision from our direct client is included. We are happy to scope additional rounds of revisions as required. Unplanned revisions will be billed hourly.
Save your files! You are responsible for downloading and saving final renders after completion.
Our team will follow best practices for health and safety guidelines. We ask our subject, talent, and any clients on set do the same.
We define a shoot day as 10 hours and half days as 5 hours respectively. The time starts at the call time and ends at the wrap time. Extended hours will increase the cost.
Even though Kevin hates taking breaks, a 1 hour break will be included on any shoot over 5 hours.
Travel to and from the shoot are not considered part of the client’s shoot day. Travel during the day will count toward the shoot day hours. Travel fees and expenses will be included in our estimate. Additional unplanned travel will increase the cost.
If you have to cancel a shoot on short notice, there may be fees. Any cancelation within 5 days may require partial payment to cover costs that are not refundable to us from our vendors.
Unless otherwise negotiated, payments will be billed in two phases. The first 50% deposit which will cover pre production hours and shoot expenses will be submitted and processed prior to the production or shoot day: Due net immediate. The second 50% will be billed upon approval of the final render or delivery of footage: Due net 30
