This phase is about aligning around a message. We will work with you to craft the appropriate script and storyboard.
This is the day we film the video. Just like baking a cake, if the prep is done, all we have to do is throw it in the oven and watch it rise.
This phase is where the magic happens. Our post production will include two rounds of revisions from you, the client. This will ensure an on brand message.
Creative Director / DP
Kevin started his first video production company, FWD, in 2013. He has been a director and producer of various works. Kevin has an MFA in screenwriting and is talented at uncovering the meaningful moments in a story. Before FWD, Kevin was the associate Creative Director at Franklin University where he managed mass media campaigns that integrated TV, Print, and Digital.
Lead Editor
Benji started working in video production on his own in 2013. His experience in all stages of production make him a well rounded producer. He enjoys interacting with clients and giving them the best experience possible when working with Ghost Label. He is also a music and sound designer which give our videos an extra layer of cinematic texture.
VFX Consultant
Dorian was one of the founding partners of Ghost Label. He continues to consult and work on VFX. When we say we’ll fix it in post, Dorian is that guy who fixes it. He has directed, filmed and edited in many productions, and he takes pride in his creativity and ability to find solutions to difficult problems; our clients really appreciate it! Aside from video production, he uses his skill set to program software and hardware to keep is inner geek in check.
We will focus on pre-production to minimize time on set. Together with clients we will work to:
• Review photos of the space
• Schedule a pre-interview call if applicable
• Schedule the production to account for smaller teams
• Create an outline, storyboard, or shot list for an efficient on-set interview
A minimal team will set up a simple but quality location shoot. This team can set up and monitor camera, audio, and lights all from a safe distance from the subject. Our crew will follow state guidelines for self examination of symptoms before the shoot
• The team will monitor temperatures leading up to and during the shoot date.
• The equipment and grip van will be sanitized prior to each shoot.
• The crew will wear PPE, including face masks during production.
• Hand sanitizer will be available on set
• Hard surfaces used in production will be disinfected before and after filming.
To minimize contact we recommend the production be in the subjects backyard patio or somewhere we can film outdoors. If filming indoors is requested, potential health liabilities will be taken into consideration before making a decision.
GHØST LABEL can set up an on-line meeting for the client / agency to listen and collaborate in real time.
